Does Garcinia Cambodia really work?

I completed one month taking the Garcinia Cambogia and lost a total of 7 pounds then I stopped taking them. In my mind I wondered if anything thing was happening and just stopped taking them. My weight fluctuates 5 pounds up and 5 pounds down.  I will get back on tract for another month and hopefully not get distracted. Still practicing eating when hungry.

3 more pounds lost with the Garcinia Cambogia. I have added more vegetables to my meals. My tight pants are a little looser. I think the pills are helping to make better choices. I added more vegetables because I got a little constipated. I have no side effects. I got two compliments saying , "have you lost weight?" I think I have lost some inches. Garcinia Cambogia review

Ever tried Garcinia Cambogia? I tried it on May 14, 2013 and without changing my diet lost 4 pounds in two weeks. I saw the Dr Oz show and he was talking about Garcinia Cambogia being a miracle pill. His guess stated she gave it to her patients and on average, her patients lost at least 4 pounds a month. I started thinking, it has taken me 4 years to lose 40 pounds which has not returned so if I could lose 4 pounds a month, I could lose 48 pounds in a year. If this were true I could continue to eat when hungry and stop when my hunger goes away and continue to eat what I want, that's icing on the cake and I do love icing.

Lost 15 pounds since Thanksgiving

Had to get back to eating when hungry around Thanksgiving. This thing just won't go away so I gave in again with success, I lost 15 pounds eating exactly what I want to eat. I'm kind of tired of talking about it but this obsession with weight loss just won't leave me. I can do everything in life but this eating thing just haunts me. Day in and day out I am obsessed with loosing weight. I see myself slim and not worrying about my weight and I will never go on another diet.

After loosing this 15 pounds, I thought I had this eating in check but today I wondered why I just couldn't wait for hunger, I just wanted to eat because it was there.  So I decided to give in.  I realize even slim people over eat sometimes at least I think they do, they just don't give it any thought. So tonight, no pity party just wait for the next hunger which may not come tonight.

Did the skinny fiber work?

I took the Skinny fiber for 20 days straight and lost about 3 pounds with out changing my diet. I am pleased but for $59 I  would expect more. I got constipated because I think I needed to drink a lot more water. Well all in all 3 pound is 3 pounds, and I'll take that but since I ran out, I may try it at a later day.

After taking skinny fiber for 20 days I only lost 3 pounds which I am greatful for but it's not worth the money for 3 pounds. I guess I was looking for a miracle. I really wish something would click in my mind to say its not working and deep down I really do know what works. The problem is for some reason I just can't seem to get it together to do what it takes to get the weight off. I guess I want to eat more than loose weight. I seem to be looking for instant gratification.

I ran into an old friend who I hadn't seen in a year. Last year she introduced me to a product called skinny fiber. It is a network marketing company and I decided to try to loose weight and make money from the company. Skinny fiber is a pill that cleans out your system. I tried it last September or October but I would forget to take the pill so I soon dropped the program because on several websites I listened to them review the product and got the message that the testimonies were stock photos and dr oz suggested a product with the same ingredient, glucomannanwhich is a fiber and is sold in the local health food store. After taking the glucomannan  for the past year on and off and I have not lost any weight  using it. Well anyway, I saw my friend and she actually shrank in size. I was amazed to see her and she says she was now one of the testimonials on the website. I was amazed, so I rejoined the company. She gave me some samples and I have taken them for the last two days and tonight with supprise I have not eaten dinner and I am not hungry. I have been paying close attention to when hunger hits me but tonight I just forgot to eat. Imagine that, I never forget to eat. I can hardly wait to get my own bottle and I will continue to test it along with ttapp and wasting when hungry and stopping when I am no longer hungry. Wow I'm impressed!!
