A week ago I read an article in Woman's World Magazine where the claim was "Lose 9 pounds in two days". As I looked at the diet, I thought it was dueable and since I had most of the food items on hand I decided to change the diet and added a few things such as adding low carb salad dressings. To my supprise I lost 4 pounds in two days and I wasn't even hungry. Today I will continue the diet but still waiting until hungry before eating.
