Doing Ttapp

I decided to do ttapp once a week because it makes my body feel great but since I am so heavy, my knees hurt so I find that I can only do it once a week. I do feel like my stomach is going down due to the way my clothes fit. I will try to increase Ttapp as my knees get stronger.  I continued to take skinny fiber until I ran out. I'm awaiting my new shipment which should be here sometimes this week.
