Today while reading Kevin Trudeau's Natural Cures, I stubble on something that caught my eye. The book gave a product recommendation of a weight loss secret. The product is Organic, Unrefined, Virgin Coconut Oil and it states it has a lot of health benefits. Kevin Trudeau says the product has tremendous benefits as well as helps you lose weight faster and easier. The claim is if you take a tablespoon in the morning and a tablespoon in the late afternoon and do this for 30 days you could say goodbye to high blood pressure, circulation problems would vanish, mood swings would go away, depression lifted, and constipation would be cured. It also claims Arthritis pain would be reduced or eliminated, Cancer would go into remission, cholesterol normalized and acid reflux and heartburn would diminish forever. But best of all if you are overweight, you will probably lose ten pounds! Well that's what I read.
Well I must say, I brought some Organic Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil and tried it today. Around 2:00 I went to the health food store and purchased some for about $10. After taking one tablespoon and waiting about 20 minutes the headache I had felt like it was lifted. I can't say for sure it was because I took the Coconut Oil but I am glad the headache is gone.
Thanks for letting me know about the natural porcine thyroid, I am going to look in to it. I had a thyroid problem for a while and kept gaining weight and I had a bald spot in my head but after I stopped dieting it went away. I don't know what I would have done diagnosed at 5 years old, you have got to be one brave person. Good luck on all your adventures.
